Join Herbalist Lauren Peterson in The Restaurant as you learn how to craft enticing mocktails, perfect for extending dry January or anytime you want a celebratory beverage without all the alcohol. In lieu of the alcohol buzz, we'll explore botanicals that boost our mood and excite our tastebuds.

Guests will learn how to craft four unique mocktails and go home with recipes and ideas to make their own at home. We'll enjoy light bites from the restaurant as we taste samples of each mocktail.
